SLMTA is a different kind of training. It uses a lot of props and tools for simulation to facilitate the teaching of "how-to". Unlike other trainings, most of the content does not reside in the PowerPoint slides. To get a real feel for the curriculum, one can either read through the Teaching Guide, which provides the step-by-step instructions for training, or experience it live in a real workshop. To ensure the content is not distorted or diluted during the step-down training, a rigorous training-of-trainers is essential to ensure the potency of the curriculum.
