Description du Cours
Le cours de Contrôle Statistique de Qualité et de Validation/Vérification des Méthodes (QCMV2) est axé sur les tests quantitatifs, y compris les tests CD4, avec des exemples de biochimie et d'hématologie. Ce cours fournit aux participants les connaissances et les outils essentiels pour évaluer et surveiller leurs tests quantitatifs.
Grâce aux enregistrements de cours sur la plateforme Moodle et aux webinaires interactifs en direct basés sur Zoom, les participants apprendront à :
- Sélectionner de nouvelles méthodes et de nouveaux instruments avec des spécifications de performance liées à « l'utilisation prévue » de la procédure (ISO15189:2022, 7.3)
- Introduire de nouvelles méthodes et de nouveaux instruments dans les laboratoires en évaluant correctement les procédures pour « l'utilisation prévue » (ISO15189:2022, 7.3.1)
- Concevoir un programme de CQ interne robuste pour tous les tests (ISO15189:2022, 7.3.7.2)
- Évaluer l'exactitude continue du laboratoire par le biais de Programmes d'Évaluation Externe de la Qualité (EQAS) (ISO15189:2022, 7.3.7.3)
Public Cible
Le public cible comprend :
- Directeurs, gestionnaires, superviseurs de laboratoire ou responsables CQ impliqués dans la réalisation du CQ quantitatif et de la validation/vérification des méthodes.
- Personnel de laboratoire senior impliqué dans les tests quantitatifs et la validation/vérification des méthodes.
- Gestionnaires de la qualité, chefs de projet et mentors qui mettent en œuvre le SGQ dans les laboratoires.
- Auditeurs et évaluateurs ayant une formation technique en pathologie clinique.
- Ceux qui dispensent des formations SGQ incluant le CQ statistique et la validation/vérification ou impliqués dans le programme préservice.
Format du Cours
Ce cours comprend 10 semaines d'apprentissage en ligne suivies de 4 sessions ECHO dispensées sur 2 semaines. Ce cours eLearning utilise un modèle de “classe inversée” (définition). Les participants s'engagent dans l'autoapprentissage, en apprenant à partir de plus de 100 vidéos de cours en ligne et en complétant des devoirs hebdomadaires, avant d'assister à des sessions en direct basées sur Zoom pour des débriefings, des discussions et des Q&R. Les sessions ECHO permettent aux participants de travailler sur les données de leur propre laboratoire et d'obtenir du mentorat de la part des facilitateurs.

Critères pour le Certificat de Cours
- Soumission des devoirs hebdomadaires avant les échéances
- Présence – pas plus de 3 sessions en direct manquées (c'est-à-dire webinaires, heures de permanence, sessions ECHO). Si vous manquez une session, vous devez visionner l'enregistrement de la session en direct et soumettre une preuve d'avoir regardé l'enregistrement.
- Réalisation des évaluations hebdomadaires du cours
- Une note de passage de 75 points au post-test

I would recommend this course because it provides the laboratory with many statistical tools aligned to ensure the validity of examination results, as specified in the ISO 15189:2022 standard. I found this course very interesting, as it involves continuous learning and practicing exercises on worksheets, job aids, and handouts, aimed at understanding the objectives of the activities, restating the main ideas, and implementing them in the laboratory routine.

The QCMV course is an extraordinary and useful one. In the laboratory, we used to carry out quality controls (internal and external) but we didn't have a lot of knowledge and mastery of certain performance criteria of a test or method. We also maked a limited interpretation of our QC results, method comparison, linearity, accuracy, and precision.
